Ball Python Shipping/Policy Information

We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. We will not ship any ball pythons out if the weather is not a safe temperature. Our ball pythons are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Hub for pickup. Direct home delivery shipping is not recommended, but exceptions are made if you do not have a FedEx hub within 1 hour of you.  Shipping cost are between $50-$75, so please consider that when purchasing your ball python.  Local pickup/meet is available within 100 miles.

We offer a 100% live arrival, or you will be refunded.  Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the ball python. If any issues arrive after 48 hours or within the first 7 days, then we may issue a partial refund. Please contact us immediately with any issues. Our ball python's success is our #1 priority.
